I didn't get my tote at the same time as sweatshirt, contacted support and Benjamin Hayes helped me out OH so happy I checked mail today and there it was Benjamin you are wonderful and the tote is so beautiful just like the sweatshirt the print job and material is first class and even with the hiccup I am very satisfied its rare to get such fine customer assist and now I'm happy this is in time for show and tell on Zoom and I m showing and telling excellent service even when we had a problem excellent so so happy
